Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted for damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 6 hours of receiving inventory to file damage claims.  

This is a pre-order item. TAT is approximately 2 weeks. Sometimes shipping delays may arise and in that situation you will be notified. In the case of height if taller than average please size up 1-2 sizes. Please be sure to order accurate sizing no refunds!
